Kondel Fudge
Delicious and easy fudge recipe
Equipment
- medium cook pot
- cake pan
Ingredients
- 3½ cup sugar
- 12 fl oz evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 Tbsp vanilla
- ½ lb min marshmallows can add more
- 2 oz bitter chocolate cut in pieces
- 12 oz chocolate chips semi-sweet or milk
- 3 pkg German's sweet chocolate cut in pieces
- 1 c chopped nuts optional
Instructions
- In a medium pot, bring evaporated milk, butter, sugar, and vanilla to a boil while stirring continuously3½ cup sugar, 12 fl oz evaporated milk, 1/2 cup butter, 1 Tbsp vanilla
- When this comes to a boil turn heat on low.
- Cover and boil 5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes take off stove and add marshmallows, all chocolate, and nuts½ lb min marshmallows, 2 oz bitter chocolate cut in pieces, 12 oz chocolate chips, 3 pkg German's sweet chocolate cut in pieces, 1 c chopped nuts
- Mix well
- Pour on sponge cake pan
- Cool and cut
Notes
Yields 5 lbs candy
